The event is evolving from the traditional picnic with a home run derby into a more interactive\, team-focused experience designed to increase participation\, connection and fun for everyone attending.\n\nAs always\, guests can expect an unforgettable evening with more than 500 business professionals from across Berks County representing a wide variety of industries. This revamped experience will feature a variety of engaging games and activities throughout the evening\, including the always popular Cornament\, a Water Pong Tournament\, MVP and team spirit competitions including interactive games featured on the large screen such as Guess Who   Berks County Edition\, GRCA Shuffle\, Are You Smarter Than a CEO and team relay races. \n\nThe competition is on!
