DESCRIPTION:Spotlight on CONCERN Professional Services for Children\, Youth\, and Families\n\n\n\nConcern Professional Services for Children\, Youth\, and Families is a multi-service service organization that provides services and support for children\, youth and their families.  Founded in Fleetwood in 1978 as a foster care agency\, has expanded the services it offers and its reach.  Today they provide foster care\, adoption and permanency\, community-based prevention programs\, behavioral health services and residential treatment programs in 15 locations.  They support over 7\,500 clients a year.\n\n \n\nThrough their work\, Concern not only helps these children address the challenges in their lives\, it provides opportunities for them to grow and develop.  They provide support for these children and their families.  Using an integrated approach\, they offer programs they provide physical and behavioral health services\, support programs for families\, including foster and adoption parents.  Over 45 years\, they have supported 200\,000 people.  They have placed 5\,000 children in new homes and provided individual focused services for 27\,000 children.\n\nJoin us for our Spotlight on Concern to learn more about this valuable community resource from their President and CEO Gordon May.
