Join us for an evening of community, celebration, and impact at the home of the Reading Fightin Phils. Home Plate Heroes is NJCO's annual fundraiser supporting essential services for 400+ Reading-area residents every day — including a daily lunch program, food pantry, peer recovery support, and emergency warming services.
