She began her CPA career with Cooper's & Lybrand in New York City. After completing 3 years as an Auditor\, she served as a Controller in the Claims Division of Reliance Insurance Company in Philadelphia. Paula served as a Consultant for RKL for 33 years and helped build a very successful Business Valuation Practice for the Firm. She provided Merger & Acquisition assistance to many clients and earned her Certification as an Exit Planning Advisor.
