Most importantly\, Breakfast4Success features topic-driven presentations designed to inspire you to achieve your goals\, both personally and professionally. \n\n\n\nKeys to Success\n\nWhat is the inner game that produces the visible results we produce? How do we draw attention to the interconnected and interdependent nature of thinking habits\, emotional empowerment\, language and our presence with results? It requires prioritizing one's awareness: visioning/dreaming\, reflecting/pondering and getting real about multitasking and so many habits that are self-sabotaging. \n\n\n\nAs a part of Essentials of Effective Leadership\, a training program designed specifically for the GRCA\, Tom Rhoads speaks on authenticity\, intuition\, and five character attributes\, core competencies\, and mindsets and cross reference the GRCA programs. One of the central keys is our emotions\, and although we may find some common ground with traditional emotional intelligence themes\, our focus will be on emotional empowerment. While those themes are indeed rational and essential keys to success\, the amazing thing is that they are all felt by the professional and all they encounter. \n\n\n\n\n\nMeet our Speaker:\n\nTHOMAS W. RHOADS is an Executive Consultant who leads individuals and organizations to the next stage of their career and organizational growth. Tom's career has always been on the leading edge of innovation and entrepreneurship bringing new products and services to the marketplace\, and expanding possibility for professionals\, executives\, and the organizations that they lead. He is highly effective in helping people envision possibility\, define success\, and distinguish and implement the critical factors to attaining extraordinary outcomes. His acumen in helping people grow their awareness and expand their authentic power are central to all his work of unlocking the potential that is already within each person. He inspires professionals and executives to courageous new ways of seeing\, thinking\, and expanded ways of being in the world to contribute\, grow\, and achieve their dreams. Tom provides individual executive coaching and organizational programs to a diverse clientele: healthcare\, universities\, manufacturers\, and service organizations. The scale of his organizational work spans start-up sole proprietors to the Fortune 100. Tom also leads the GRCA capstone program on the Essentials of Effective Leadership.\nTom has enjoyed long-term engagements as a trusted advisor to IBM\, John Deere\, Harley Davidson\, The US EPA and the US Navy\, Anheuser Busch\, Xerox\, Clorox\, and Pepperidge Farm. Tom is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and earned his MEM from Duke University.
