Mr. Caron has nearly 20 years of experience in lab\, field\, and construction safety issues. He received his degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University. He serves as Corporate Safety Officer for all five Empire Group companies\, including Elk Environmental Services. Jamie's responsibilities include overseeing the safety of all projects\, job-site safety audits\, and internal safety training of employees. He also travels throughout the country providing OSHA\, DOT\, RCRA and Hazardous Waste training to corporate clients. \n\n \n\nJamie is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and specializes in: \n\n    OSHA 10 & 30 Construction and General Industry\n\n    HAZWOPER Train the Trainer\n\n    RCRA & HAZCOM/GHS\n\n    Hazardous Materials Management\n\n\n\nDave Skrocki\n\nDave Skrocki is an innovative and driven environmental professional with nearly 20 years of experience in managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal. Mr. Skrocki serves as the Technical Manager\, where he leads a team to provide customers the best alternatives and cost-effective ways to manage\, recycle\, transport\, and dispose of waste in compliance with applicable local\, state\, and federal regulations. Dave strives to exceed customers' expectations by applying his meticulous knowledge of waste regulations and his experience gained as a Lab Pack Chemist and Project Manager.
