Lean In Circles are small\, supportive peer groups of women&mdash\;led by trained facilitators&mdash\;who come together regularly to build leadership skills\, share experiences\, and grow in a space rooted in trust and encouragement.

Each Circle includes 12&ndash\;14 women and follows a curriculum developed by the Lean In Foundation\, co-founded by Sheryl Sandberg (former COO of Facebook) and entrepreneur Rachel Thomas.
