Through the innovative Gage/Reading High School Career Program\, Nic helps to connect students and employers through ongoing employer outreach initiatives.\n\nNic currently serves on the Board of Directors for Prospectus Berco and has been active in helping them on their personnel committee. He serves as the Engagement Committee Chair for the Berks County Chapter of SHRM\, where he helps new and existing members navigate their involvement with the chapter. He is also an active participant in the GRCA Manufacturing IP committee.\n\nNic is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Berks\, and has an amazing appreciation for his neighbors throughout this community. As a husband and father of two boys\, he juggles work\, community involvement\, and family with a smile.
