DESCRIPTION:As a third in GRCA's series of Vaccine Policy Updates\, we will once again hear from Kevin Moore\, Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Leisawitz Heller and Laurel Cline\, Vice President\, Senior HR Consultant\, Herbein | Mosteller HR Solutions. We will be discussing the OSHA Vaccine Mandate for companies with 100 or more employees that are not subject to the Federal Contractor Rule or the Certified Health Provider Rule. The session will include and overview of the mandate and then a Q&A session with the experts.\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE SPEAKERS\n\n\n\nKevin Moore chairs the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group\, and is the past chairman of the Berks County Bar Association's Employment Law Section. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Employment and Labor Committee. Kevin lectures extensively to the business community and attorneys on all areas of employment\, labor\, commercial and construction litigation. He is an approved EEOC trainer\, federal court Arbitrator\, and guest lecturer at local colleges and universities. Kevin volunteers his time as an attorney by serving as the volunteer solicitor to many community and charitable organizations.\n\n\n\nLaurel Cline is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 25 years of work experience in multiple areas of HR. Laurel joined Herbein | Mosteller HR Solutions in 1998. In addition to general management and HR\, Laurel's functional areas of specialization include compensation (executive\, incentive\, and base pay plans) HR policies & procedures\, and HR Outsourcing. Laurel works with a diverse client base\, including higher education\, manufacturing\, financial services and not-for-profit organizations.\n\n\n\nLaurel graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Speech Communications where she also took numerous business courses.  She is a graduate of the PA Banker's Association Intermediate School of Banking\, a member of World at Work\, as well as SHRM.  She is actively involved in the community and serves as a long time Board member of Family Guidance Center\, a local not-for-profit.
