She has over four years of experience in nonprofits and 10 years of experience in marketing\, sales\, high-end customer service\, full-cycle recruiting and administration. Bradley is now Chief of Staff to City of Reading Mayor Eddie Moran.\n\n \n\nShe is passionate about managing and shifting culture in organizations and communities. Bradley is pursuing undergraduate studies at Alvernia University and has completed numerous certificate programs\, most notably Non-Profit Management from the accredited Non-Profit Center at LaSalle University.\n\n\n\nBradley serves on a variety of boards and committees\; she is the Board President of Berks Community Action Program and serves on The Reading Public Museum Foundation\, Helping Harvest and The Salvation Army.\n\n\n\nChae Sweet | Montgomery County Community College\n\nDr. Chae Sweet is a tenacious and inspiring leader in higher education\, renowned for her unwavering commitment to advancing student success and institutional excellence. With over 25 years of experience\, she currently serves as Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs and Provost at Montgomery County Community College. Her leadership is distinguished by a strategic blend of rigor and vision\, integrating data-informed decision making with a collaborative approach that empowers faculty\, staff and students alike.\n\n\n\nAs a first-generation college graduate\, Dr. Sweet brings a unique perspective to her work\, understanding firsthand how transformative the right opportunity and support can be for those seeking change.
