G&T Industries - Executive Coaching

The approach to serving Marisol and Client requires commitment to personal, professional, and leadership growth through one-on-one executive coaching over a 3-month period beginning November 5, 2025. The approach and following scope, schedule, and fee are specific to the Client’s needs, concerns, and aspirations as discussed with Bob Shumoski and Paula Villeneuve of G&T Industries and facilitated by Mark Dolinski of the GRCA on October 24, 2025. The program may be renewed and/or modified at the end of the 3-month Program. Effective, significant, and lasting growth requires transformational – longitudinal learning. For most professionals committed to growth occurs through reinforcement and guidance over 6-months. Consistent with a secure-base environment in which the employee is safe to discuss and explore their current thoughts, thinking patterns, and automatic tendencies; the specific conversations between the employee and the Executive Coach will be maintained in confidence. Only progress and content of sessions will be communicated with Client.
