Lean In Circles are a unique Leadership Development opportunity for women professionals.
These facilitator-led groups are comprised of 12 to 14 women coming together to learn, grow and support each other in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust. It's a unique model for female professionals. Curriculum is provided by the Lean In Foundation, founded by Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO and Rachel Thomas, technology entrepreneur, and includes a growing library of lectures on topics including leadership and communication. These lectures offer participants practical skills they can apply in their professional and personal lives.
If you are considering your career and personal goals, think about investing in yourself and your future and take advantage of this opportunity. If you are a supervisor looking at the women in your organization and considering your next generation of leaders, think about investing in their future by supporting their participation in a Lean In Circle.
Please join us to find out more about this wonderful opportunity and experience what it is like to be part of a Lean In Circle.
What women are saying:
"Lean In was a unique experience that provided me with valuable advice and encouragement from women who have experience in industries and aspects of life. I would encourage friends and colleagues to attend to experience that sense of community, hear other's experiences and struggles and to share their own. You learn from each other."
"The most valuable aspect of the Lean In Circle for me was hearing everyone's stories and experiences. Being able to relate on a professional and personal level, and being able to share my struggles and experiences in a supportive setting free of judgement. The advice, ideas, and information I gained from my time in Lean In gave me a new prospective about myself, my job and my home life that I am so grateful for."
