In Lessons in Leadership, managers, supervisors and other organizational leaders will learn about effective leadership practices through practice, discussion and gaining feedback on applying new behaviors and skills. Reading assignments and engaging in discussion with other leaders will lead to developing one's own effective leadership style to drive change and innovation.
