FLEETWOOD BANK ANNOUNCES NEW LENDING STAFF
Fleetwood Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Todd M. Pritchard and Ali Schaeffer-Lybacki as Commercial Lenders. In their roles, they will be helping customers with commercial real estate loans, working capital lines of credit, construction loans, industrial and equipment financing. Both individuals bring a wealth of banking knowledge and experience to our customers, allowing them to help community businesses grow and thrive.

Pritchard joins us with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Todd was a Treasury Sales Market Manager at Citizens Bank where he managed a team of ten Treasury Sales Specialists across the bank’s footprint. He has held roles in consumer credit, retail banking, risk management, business banking and treasury.
Todd achieved his BSBA in Finance from Shippensburg University and his MBA in Project Management from DeSales University. He is currently studying for his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
Todd lives in Easton, PA with his wife and two children.

Schaeffer-Lybacki has 17 years of experience in retail banking and small business lending. Prior to joining Fleetwood Bank, she was Vice President, Private Client Regional Manager for Malvern Bank. She also previously served in managerial and business development positions for Santander Bank, First Niagara Bank and Citibank N.A.
She is a graduate of University of Phoenix where she received her degree in Business Management. Ali is active in community organizations throughout the bank’s footprint, currently sitting on the board of directors for Healing Through The Arts.
