Equity at Work: Concrete Ways to Mitigate Unconscious Bias
Prior to this event all registered will receive a link to take their own Unconscious Bias Quiz. These results will be discussed at the event but all results will stay private to each person (and no results are shared to W2W or Work Wisdom LLC - they are 100% private to the user). Explore the benefits of diversity in the workplace with us while acknowledging our propensity for bias. Each attendee will take a short quiz prior to the event to learn more about themselves, and at the event be able to self-assess. Participants will be given a number of concrete practices organizations and companies utilize to create a more equitable culture in their workplace. Together we can create amazing places to work in Berks!
Sarah has a background in psychology and communication and after teaching for almost two decades, her main focus is on Work Wisdom.
