Annual Picnic 2024

While the Reading Fightin' Phils are away, the Chamber will play! Join us for a last blast of summer for the annual Chamber Picnic. Last year we enjoyed beautiful weather, live music, great food and convenient parking. We can't wait for the same, and more, in 2024!

We continue the long-awaited 6th Annual Berks Business Home Run Derby - this competition continues to grow! Our past Home Run Derby champions include:

2nd Annual Berks Biz Cornament (Yes, we went there.)
We will be accepting 16 teams for the cornament. Two weeks from the event we will send out a form for registration for team signup. One week from the Picnic, we will randomly select teams and contact them. The Cornament will kick off promptly at 5 p.m. and run in 20-minute increments per game. The winner will be announced and presented with their trophy at 8 p.m. once the championship has concluded. Players do not need to be from the same company, but tickets to the Annual Picnic must be purchased to play. Last year's Cornament champions were:

Live Music

First Things First is an up and coming pop rock cover band playing your favorite hits from the best decades of music. From classic bands like The Allman Brothers to modern chart-toppers like Dua Lipa, this female fronted four piece will have you on your feet from start to finish. Before bringing the house down at the GRCA picnic, you can find them playing at Bertie?s Inn and the Boyertown Food Truck festival on May 18th. Other Fun
You can also have fun with your colleagues with the GRCA jumbo JENGA or enjoy Baseballtown's "time your pitch," practice your golf putt, and tour the brand new Redners event space.

Each ticket includes an expanded picnic buffet menu, unlimited beer & wine, non-alcoholic beverages and a BLAST with other professionals.
