ESL for Rising Leaders

This course is designed for employees who speak and understand a fair amount of English and who have demonstrated leadership potential. In this course, attendees will learn basic leadership skills such as giving instructions, writing reports and understanding workplace culture and ethics all while developing their writing and speaking proficiency and building their confidence.

All registrants will be asked to complete an English proficiency assessment. In the case an employee does not have a high enough proficiency level to successfully participate in the training, individual instruction will be offered to the employee. Individual instruction will focus on preparing the employee to complete the ESL for Rising Leaders course with the next cohort.
