Laurel Cline is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with more than 25 years of work experience in multiple areas of Human Resources. In addition to general management and Human Resource knowledge, Laurel’s functional areas of specialization include compensation (executive, incentive, and base pay plans) human resource policies and procedures, and HR Outsourcing. Laurel works with a diverse client base, including higher education, manufacturing, financial services and not-for-profit organizations.
