ABOUT JIM SOCCI
Jim's entrepreneurial journey started after a career in public accounting. He then purchased a manufacturing company in need of a turnaround, rebuilt it, and sold it. After selling the business to a key employee he enjoyed a 2-year transition period to discover his passion for working with entrepreneurial leadership teams.
In addition to being a Professional EOS Implementer, Jim loves coaching his sons' youth teams, teaching responsible financial management at his church, and he also supports a number of charities.
