Whether you are a seasoned runner or just getting started, we have something for everyone – including a Half Marathon, 5K, and Fun Run. Each course winds through the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding Reading Hospital.
Bring your friends and family to enjoy our Fun Zone, featuring informational booths, fun activities, and a variety of food trucks. Your support of the 2026 Reading Hospital Road Run will directly support patient care in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit.
