Most people believe they are self-aware, though research show only 10 to 15% of people are truly self-aware. Join us as three passionate teachers of essentials skills share their thoughts on how improving self-awareness can lead to dramatic changes.

Meet our Speakers:
BRIANNA CAMPBELL brings a fresh perspective of leadership development to the mix. After graduating from Cornell University in 2017, she joined a Strategic Consultancy where she became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and created culture development programs for her clients. While there she managed several accounts and built internal programs that ultimately propelled her to become the Director of Learning and Development after four years with the company.
At the beginning of 2022, she decided to tackle a new challenge and become a self-employed Strengths Coach and Workshop Facilitator. Now, less than a year later, the clients she works with span a variety of verticals some of which include government, construction, property management, marketing, senior care, electrical services, and the nonprofit sector. Brianna?s desire to see people empowered to go beyond what they thought possible is what drives her work today.

SANTO D. MARABELLA Santo D. Marabella, MBA, DSW, The Practical Prof®, is President, Marabella Enterprises and Professor Emeritus of Management, Moravian University, Bethlehem, PA. Marabella is an author, columnist, playwright, filmmaker, speaker, and educator who creates, produces, and distributes content to Advocate. Educate. Entertain. As Co-Founder and former Film Commissioner, ReadingFilm; Co-Founder, ReadingFilmFEST; Co-Founder and Past Chair, Greater Reading Alliance of Community Theatres, Dr. Marabella leveraged his talents and passions to enrich his local community by expanding theatrical experiences and formalizing resources for artists and audiences. He has authored two books: The Lessons of Caring (2019) and The Practical Prof: Simple Lessons for Anyone Who Works (2014). His newspaper column, Office Hours with The Practical Prof® has appeared in Reading Eagle Business Weekly since 2012. Dr. Marabella has served as trainer/facilitator for the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance since 2015. He is writer and producer of an original musical, four short films and ten plays; creator and writer of two TV pilots; producer of five short films and a TV pilot; and director of more than 25 community theatre productions. He was recognized as the 2018 Reading Eagle Entertainment Newsmaker of the Year. Dr. Marabella's His professional memberships include The Lambs®, the Dramatists Guild of America, the Theatre Communications Group, the Academy of Management, and the National Association of Social Workers.

ADREAN TURNER is an Executive Leadership Coach, Author, Host, and Master Facilitator. Her podcast, FIT for Success, led to a book, which charted on the Amazon best-seller list, and a cable TV series on Berks Media Television. Over the last eight years, Adrean has supported more than 25,000 career professionals and is the recipient of the Brainz Magazine Top 500 Global Entrepreneur 2021 award and the 2020Bernadine Legacy Award from Alvernia University. She is also the Owner and Vice President of the Legacy Cigar Lounge, a new business establishment created with Richard Turner, her husband of 31 years.
