Meet our Speaker
Melissa Wells is an award-winning educator, business leader, consultant, and entrepreneur with a track record of excellence in adult education, professional development and business leadership. She is a full-time faculty member of Albright College where she has chaired the accelerated Business Administration program for working adults for the past 10 years. Her impressive career before Albright includes key roles in strategic planning, sales & marketing and financial management with top firms like Meridian Bank and GE Capital. In partnership with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, Wells has developed the Executive Leadership Academy (ELA), which provides professional development for current and emerging senior leaders. She also conducts professional development training for businesses, non-profits, and local government entities, and serves the community through hands-on nonprofit board work. She holds an MBA from LaSalle University and a BS in Business Administration from Albright College. Wells is renowned for her passion for people, which fuels her dedication to fostering an infectious culture of high performance and teamwork through inspirational leadership.
