Bridging Language Barriers

Bridging Language Barriers is a 3-hour training for supervisors and other management personnel who communicate regularly with employees with limited English language proficiency. The training equips attendees with tools and strategies that improve communication in a multilingual workplace and support the development of employees’ English Language Skills.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

• Effective and ineffective use of translation
• Practical tools to improve understanding
• Techniques for helping employees use more English
