Jim McKeown Bio:
McKeown joined Entech Engineering after a 40+ year career in the baking industry, beginning with Maier’s Baking Company and Weston Foods and ending his career directing energy, environment, and sustainability for the world’s largest bakery. During this time, he held various positions, from production and plant manager to corporate food safety and distribution lead, then director of environmental compliance and sustainability.
*Future dates will include topics around hazardous waste and hazard communication, employee safety, environmental training, and regulatory updates.
