Laurel Cline is the CEO of Herbein?s HR Consulting Division and has significant and varied Human Resources (HR) experience having worked in multiple HR roles and disciplines for financial services and manufacturing companies prior to joining Mosteller & Associates (now Herbein) as an HR Consultant. A native Californian, she has gained an appreciation for the Greater Reading area during her more than 30 years here and understands the various trigger points that attract talent to this area.
Rachel Ewell is an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional, serving as Talent Acquisition Leader and Sr HR Business Partner prior to recently joining the Herbein HR Consulting team. She brings experience in employer branding, Application Tracking Systems and strategic talent management.
