The ?All in the Family Gathering? is part of our Berks Family Business Alliance initiative and is a celebration of our community's family businesses! You will also learn more about the Berks Family Business Alliance while meeting and connecting with other family business owners. This gathering offers a great opportunity to learn more about the Barn at Walnut Grove - a 50 acre estate outside Kutztown perfect for events of all sizes, including weddings, parties, and corporate retreats.
We'll kick off the event with lunch, networking, and beer tasting (with the option to purchase beer and/or mixed drinks). Then, we will tour the expansive property, including:
- the 1890 bank barn, holding the reception area, bridal suite, and brewery
- the smaller 1861 barn, which houses the wedding decor design shop and Groom's Quarters
- the Lounge where they hold smaller events like trivia
- the Treehouse where the wedding party usually goes for private cocktail time post ceremony
- a bus ride up to the ceremony site which stunning vistas of local farmland
The All in the Family Gathering is the perfect place to network with other family businesses, learn about the FBA Peer Groups, and meet a local family.
