Having grown up in a successful business family, Steve brings a lifetime (over 45 years) of learning and firsthand experience in navigating family business complexities, including a long-term partnership with his father and two brothers. Steve is the 3rd generation President of Essig Plumbing and Heating, where he leads a strong, growing team of 45 associates with sales over $12M. Steve is also on the Berks Family Business Advisory Council and has been one of their Peer Group facilitators for 3 years.
