FBA: What's Next? Planning for Succession Success
Succession planning is one of the most critical—and often most complex—aspects of running a family business. Whether you're considering a third-party sale or planning an internal family transition, the path forward requires foresight, preparation, and strategic thinking.
Join the Family Business Alliance for an informative session led by Michael Koch & Ryan Hurst from RKL, who will provide a broad overview of the key stages and components of succession planning. From understanding your options to identifying potential roadblocks, this session will focus on how to set business owners up for long-term success and ensure a smooth transition of leadership and ownership.
This event is perfect for business owners at any stage of their succession journey—whether you’re just beginning to think about what’s next or actively preparing for a transition.
