Why: Curiosity is a cornerstone of effective leadership. Leaders who ask thoughtful, open-ended questions spark learning, build connection, and unlock creative problem-solving. Without strong inquiry, we risk misalignment, disengagement, and missed potential.
What: This session unpacks what makes a question powerful, when and how to ask it, and how inquiry can strengthen conversations and drive meaningful results.
How: Participants will practice crafting and asking questions through reflective exercises, peer dialogue, and real-world scenarios—building confidence and competence in the art of inquiry.
