Join Rachael Romig, Director of Women2Women + laugh-aholic, to Jump-Start Your Weekend on Fridays! It's been a long week and we are all coping with disruption and learning new ways of working, so let's talk about it! We as the GRCA are not charging for our Friday sessions. If you would like to donate to our organization to help us in continuing to aid the business community, thank you!
This Friday we are looking inward - how we are moving forward and how we are stuck in reverse. Whether we are coming close to the end of the quarantine or are lingering somewhere in the middle of it, let's talk about building strong foundations and taking steps toward building lives that will support our hearts, minds and spirits and enliven our hopes and dreams. What would we want our children and our children's children to learn from this situation. What have we learned? We will be hosting Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati, Co-founder + Executive Director of Kula Kamala Foundation to openly discuss these ideas with us and help you come to your truth of what you want your life to look like in our "new reality". We will lead these "new normal" lives without fear and with intent!
Swamini is the founder and primary spiritual teacher of Kula Kamala Foundation, a 501c3 public charity and is also currently serving as an Interim Chaplain in the MultiFaith Center at Albright College in Reading PA. She began offering ministry within her community about thirteen years ago. Her path to ministry was activated and empowered by her growing understanding of the universal teachings Advaita Vedanta and Tantra, her practice of Yoga and her own path of healing. The basis of her practice was and is to explore faith and what it means to be human, to be spiritual, to suffer, and to heal. Through education and experience, SwaminiJi integrates the methods she has studied into a very unique offering of service and learning, which intends to reduce suffering, reduce harm, empower potential, and celebrate unity.
Join Rachael for a weekly webinar on a variety of topics including remote working strategies, how to move forward while coping with anxiety during this stressful time, and "Fun Friday" topics like interactive and virtual tours that you can take part in, all from your couch. Even though our world looks very different right now, these Friday webinars will bring back a sense of normalcy that we are all craving.
After GRCA registration, you will receive a confirmation email with information to register for the ZOOM session. You MUST complete the ZOOM registration to get the meeting link information.
