LEGO Train Days

The Brick Reading Railroad will return to the Reading Railroad Heritage Museum, 500 S. Third St., Hamburg PA, on July 25, July 25, August 1 and August 2.  This highly detailed miniature of the Reading Railroad made of LEGO bricks has been expanded by its creator, Zachary Kauffman.  An engineering student at Purdue University, Zachary has designed and built locomotives, passenger and freight cars resembling those used by the Reading Railroad.  Multiple trains operate through a town of unique LEGO brick buildings including replicas of Franklin St. station and the Abraham Lincoln Hotel.  Interactive panels are also included.
