Why: We spend nearly half our waking hours listening—yet few of us have ever been taught how to do it well. Ineffective listening leads to misunderstandings, missed opportunities, and strained relationships. In contrast, intentional listening builds trust, fosters collaboration, and strengthens leadership presence.
What: In this session, participants will learn how to identify common listening barriers and biases, explore six core listening behaviors, and use clarifying questions to deepen understanding.
How: Through hands-on practice, interactive discussion, and real-time feedback, participants will develop practical listening skills that can be applied immediately, at any level of leadership, and in any organizational context.
