Meet the Candidates: State Election Mixer

The 2026 election will bring important choices for voters across Berks County, including races that will determine who represents our communities in Harrisburg. With three Berks County State Senate seats and every seat in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on the ballot this year, the election will have a direct impact on the policies and investments shaping Pennsylvania’s economy and communities.

The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) is pleased to host a Meet the Candidates mixer to give our members and the broader business community an opportunity to connect directly with the candidates seeking to represent Berks County in Harrisburg.

Unlike a formal debate or candidate forum, this gathering is designed to be relaxed and conversational. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet candidates, ask questions, and learn more about their priorities for Pennsylvania and the Greater Reading region. With no speeches or podiums, the focus will be on meaningful conversation and building relationships between candidates and members of the business community.

For GRCA, this event is an opportunity to connect candidates with the issues our members are focused on every day, including economic competitiveness, workforce development, housing, infrastructure and transportation, education, energy costs, and creating an environment where businesses can grow and invest in Pennsylvania.

Whether you are a business owner, community leader, or engaged resident, this event offers a chance to put faces to the names on the ballot and hear directly from the individuals who may represent Berks County in Harrisburg.

Light refreshments will be provided, creating an informal setting for conversation and connection.
