Honoring Legacy & Leading by Principles: The Essig Family Business Story
Family business partnerships are often created from chance, not choice; family business partnerships are often slippery slopes leading into family pain and business disruption. Steve, G3 President of Essig Plumbing & Heating, will share his family’s experiences of negotiating the twists, turns and triumphs of their family business journey, through an interview with Sally Derstine, Managing Partner, Delaware Valley Family Business Center, who will share principles derived from 30 years’ experience of working with business families.
