Taste of Berks 2019
Weather Date is now in effect due to predicted storm:
Taste of Berks has been moved to the snow date of Thursday, February 21st. Still being held at the Crowne and from 5-8:00 p.m.
If you are unable to make it on Thursday, you may transfer your ticket/registration to someone else. If you have a QR code confirmation, you can simply forward via email or physically give the confirmation to the new user; it is not necessary to tell us who will be using it.
If you did not receive a QR confirmation, simply make sure the new person taking your spot checks in under YOUR name. You may also contact us with the new name replacing (not necessary for QR code recipients) at email@example.com
We appreciate your understanding but both your safety and a great experience for you and the vendors donating so much of their time is our biggest concern.
Check In/Ticket: Some attendees will receive an email confirmation that contains a QR code(s) on the last page of the confirmation for each person in your group. If you receive a QR confirmation, please bring it the event for faster check in and forward to other members of your party if arriving separately. Not all registrations will receive a QR code, there will be two ways to check in upon arrival. Thank you.
Advanced registration required. Don't hesitate - last year sold out!
Shake off the winter blues at Taste of Berks sponsored by the GRCA. With the addition of area agriculture businesses and food manufacturers last year, Taste of Berks exploded with more than 40 vendors offering samples. And this year's event promises not to disappoint. Open to both the public and GRCA members, the event represents the variety Greater Reading Chamber Alliance members in the food and hospitality industry have to offer.
Enjoy samples from Greater Reading's best caterers, farms, manufacturers, banquet venues, food/beverage vendors and restaurants. From soup to ice cream to appetizers to apples to decadent dessert - it's all included with your admission. In addition, enjoy entertainment, music, networking, and more to be announced soon.
Just announced: this year we will be entertained by Erich Cawalla & Friends - a trio known for smooth sounds and wide-range of music. With Erich are well-known local artists Jen Kinder (joining Erich from The Uptown Band with her amazing harmonies) and Cliff Starkey - one of the area's most versatile vocalists and keyboard players.
And of course, everyone attending receives entries for our famous prize packages donated by local businesses. Get out of the house and join us at centrally-located Crowne Plaza Reading.
