Job security and career fulfillment requires a new way of “seeing” the future and creating the future each day. There are indeed aspects of human nature necessary for growth, for example, building competence, resilience, and value is timeless. The Essentials for Professional Mastery is provocative and will evoke a sense of possibility for participants that is beyond their current thinking and myriad societal myths and misperceptions.

The five-session program provides guidance on a Mastery framework for professional growth through all phases of professional life including career development, career transitions into new roles, accountabilities, cultures, and types of organizations. The program shares the vantage point of an executive coach who has held various roles and accountabilities and worked with nearly all sectors of the economy and with professionals in all stages of their career, and myriad concerns and aspirations.
