Emotional Intelligence for Leaders
In this interactive workshop, women leaders will explore the powerful connection between their core values and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Supported by research and best practices for women in the workplace, we will explore together the core components of EQ, helping leaders understand how emotional intelligence differs from other competencies and why it is essential for impactful leadership. Through a series of engaging discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain insight into how self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management are shaped by deeply held beliefs and values. By understanding the alignment between personal values and professional actions, participants will gain insights into leading with integrity and authenticity. The workshop will also explore how to leverage values-centered EQ to influence others effectively, creating a positive impact within their teams and organizations.
Designed specifically for women in leadership, this session will explore the following key questions:
- What are the key components of emotional intelligence?
- How can I increase my emotional intelligence at work?
- What are my personal values and how do these impact my EQ?
- How does a values-centered approach to EQ help me build strong relationships and lead others?
