Michelle has mentored over 50 businesses in the areas of business development, business planning, market analysis, market planning and website design.

Michelle Lehman is the Director for Student and Client Services at Alvernia University’s O’Pake Institute. Lehman manages the O’Pake Fellows Program and the O’Pake Institute’s client portfolio. She is committed to the personal and professional development of herself and those that she manages. Prior to her role at Alvernia, Lehman acted as the Interim Assistant Director at Wilkes University’s Allan P. Kirby Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. In that role, she managed the client portfolio and Kirby Scholars program. Michelle has mentored over 50 businesses in the areas of business development, business planning, market analysis, market planning and website design. She is also an entrepreneur herself and launched an apparel company in 2017.
