Abilities in Motion is a Center for Independent Living (CIL) that supports people with disabilities, guided by people with disabilities. AIM has been helping individuals with disabilities live independent, self-determined lives for over 30 years and is tasked with promoting independence and self-reliance for all people with disabilities through community programs, education, advocacy, and more.
To help individuals with disabilities live their lives on their own terms. To eliminate psychological stereotypes, physical barriers, and outdated attitudes that prevent social and civic inclusion. To champion the laws and movements that work to ensure the rights and privileges of individuals with disabilities.
210 South Fifth Street Reading - our building has blue and green awnings. We have parking in a lot behind our building. There is an entrance to the lot at the side of the building.
