During this assessment, HonIsT Solutions will perform the following activities:
Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Agent Installation

1. RMM Agent Deployment:
   • Install our RMM agent on all computers and servers.
   • Utilize domain controller access (if applicable) to efficiently push agents to all connected endpoints.
   • Install RMM agents manually on any additional devices, as needed.
2. Credentials Required:
   • Domain Administrator Account for network-wide agent installation.
   • Global Administrator Account (Microsoft 365) for environment review and assessment if the service is in use.

IT Asset Inventory & Documentation

1. Computers & Servers:
   • Create an inventory of all workstations, laptops, and servers, noting device specifications and age.
   • Identify and document outdated or end-of-life systems.
2. Network Equipment:
   • Inventory of networking equipment, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
   • Identify and highlight any outdated or unsupported equipment.

Cybersecurity Assessment

1. Endpoint Protection:
   • Assess existing antivirus, anti-malware, and endpoint protection solutions.
   • Identify any vulnerabilities or gaps in protection.
2. Network Security:
   • Review firewall configurations, VPN access, and network segmentation.
   • Identify potential security risks.

Backup & Disaster Recovery Review

1. Backup Solutions:
   • Review current backup processes for critical systems and data.
   • Verify if cloud and on-premise backups are functioning as intended.
   • Identify gaps in backup frequency, retention policies, or recovery capabilities.

Microsoft 365 Assessment

1. License & Configuration Review:
   • Review existing Microsoft 365 licenses to ensure alignment with the organization’s needs.
   • Identify unused or unnecessary licenses.
2. Security Score Review:
   • Evaluate Microsoft 365’s security configuration using the platform’s Secure Score.
   • Provide recommendations to enhance security posture based on industry best practices.

   • Discussion with Your Business to review findings and demonstrate how HonIsT Solutions can address identified challenges.
   • Provide a detailed estimate for the HonIsT Care managed services plan, aligned with the client’s specific needs and environment.
