Hubric Resources, one of the region’s leading HR consulting firms, is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinator. This position will lead brand awareness, digital marketing, event coordination, and support business development initiatives. This part-time hybrid, 20-25 hours per week position offers a mix of both in-office and remote work. What You Will Do:
- Develop marketing materials, proposals, and branding strategies
- Manage social media content, newsletters, and website updates
- Plan and coordinate webinars, networking events, and sponsorships
- Oversee client engagement efforts, testimonials, and promotional outreach
- Support office operations and maintain marketing supplies
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and comprehension of marketing perspectives and strategies
- Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” as it pertains to developing marketing ideas
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Constant Contact, WordPress, and social media platforms (CRM experience a plus)
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Event planning and digital marketing expertise
- Strong connections to the Reading and/or Lancaster areas
