READING, Pa., Oct. 19, 2026 — When Ethosource opens its new headquarters in Reading, it will bring its entire team with it: all 66 employees of the office furniture company, which this year celebrates 25 years in business.

Founded in 2001 by John Gallen Jr. with just two people in a one-room office, Ethosource has grown into a national provider of office furniture and related professional services. Now the company is giving its story a new home in Reading — taking on a long-vacant industrial property in the city that had fallen into disrepair, and launching an extensive renovation to transform it into a modern headquarters and manufacturing facility for daily use. The project represents a significant financial investment and a long-term commitment by Ethosource to Reading — bringing jobs, opportunity, and new investment into the heart of the community as the city continues its "Reading is Ready" campaign around downtown revitalization, business investment, and economic growth.
