Located at CityGate Corporate Center on Erick Road, the property was developed by Oak Tree Development Group and Heck began site preparations in March 2023. The 34,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility provides same-day surgical care, preventive procedures, and diagnostic services such as MRI and X-ray. The center has medical office space, three operating rooms, and a 20-bed area for pre- and post anesthesia care.
