William L. Daley III graduated from Rider University with magna cum laude graduate honors and double majors in Marketing and Advertising. He has experience working for several Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies — as well as for small- to medium-sized organizations — in creative, analytical and account management capacities.

Previously, William worked with Dean and Kevin as an intern at a prior advertising agency where they helped groom him into the passionate, high-energy marketer he is today. William chose to join Dean Marketing because its core foundation is built upon mutual respect, integrity and dedication to each other and our clients. These characteristics allow William to help businesses of all sizes accomplish their specific marketing and advertising goals by helping them communicate more effectively with their customers through providing the right message, through the right channel, at the right time.

After graduating from Kutztown University with a BFA in Communication Design, Dean started his marketing career as a Reprographics Specialist in the in-house print shop at a local utility where he combined his design skills with extensive knowledge of the production processes to create a variety of marketing collateral.

Twenty-three years later, Dean is President of his own marketing, communications, and design company that he started during the Great Recession. Dean has more than 30 years of experience working in the corporate world and agency environment, providing marketing solutions, and collateral that help businesses grow.
